I woke up at 4:00 AM of Dec 24 because I wanted to go to Sagada with 9 members. Our team consists of Mia, Stella, Yuni, Sarah, Keira, Ganji, Wanso, Menthol, Scott and me. We rode a bus bound for Sagada in Dangwa terminal at 5:30 AM. At that time, we were lucky because we didn’t know about our exact ride. But, we met a Korean family and they informed us regarding our bus. The travel took us almost 6 hours. During the trip, we had 2 stopovers because that road is too rough and a little bit dangerous. Anyway, we arrived at Sagada around 12:30 PM. Surprisingly, we met the Korean family frequently in Sagada.
After that, we went to the “Yogurt House” for our lunch at around 01:00 PM. I heard that the “Yogurt House” is a very famous restaurant in Sagada. But, we felt some strange taste because the foods were terrible. After that, we went to Mt. Kiltepan by bus. Mt. Kiltepan has some grand sights with rice terraces. It was my first time to see rice terraces. But, the rice terraces were not too wide. We just took some pictures before leaving

Afterwards, we moved to Bokong falls near Mt. Kiltepan. But, Bokong falls was too small that of we anticipated. We were a little bit disappointed. So, we just took some pictures again. Furthermore, we quickly moved to Echo Valley. We shouted loudly in the Echo valley. However, we were disappointed again because we couldn’t hear any echo sounds. Suddenly, I recalled some memory about hanging coffins in Echo Valley. So, I went down from the Echo Valley hill. I found some hanging coffins after few minutes. Then I called my co-members to the cliff. We saw some hanging coffins on the cliff. I thought that it was a little bit weird. But, I felt many emotions that I couldn’t explain.

After that, we passed through St. Mary's Episcopal Church and Calvary Hill. When we arrived in our lodge, we had a small party for our Christmas Eve until late time. At that time, we were so tired but we became closer to each other comparing in the morning. We talked about what happened this day and we anticipated tomorrow’s cave exploration

12/25
I woke up early in the morning because I wanted to go to Bana’s Café. I heard that Bana’s Café has the most delicious coffee in Sagada. I was disappointed about the coffee shop because the coffee’s taste was so bitter.
After that, I went back to our lodge for the cave exploration. I went to Lumiang and Sumaging caves with my co-members at 11:30 AM. At that time, we hired 3 tour guides at Sagada’s information center. And we paid 400 pesos per head for tour guide fees. Sagada cave was really exciting than any site because the caves have a lot of risky places and grand sights. When we arrived at Lumiang Cave, we saw a lot of burial coffins at the entrance of it.
I had a lot of experiences in the cave because Sagada cave has some different atmosphere than Korean caves. It means, the cave has a lot of dangerous places and incredible panoramas. Sometimes, we crawled on the floors or hung on the cliff. It was a little bit dangerous. But, we felt that it was really good.
If someone wants to go to an interesting place, I strongly recommend Sagada cave than any other site attraction because the cave doesn’t have any safety rope or guide lines. It means, the caves have natural attributes that nobody touches yet.

Anyway, we survived in Sagada cave.
On the other hand, we met an Australian friend. His name is Church. We spent our last day in Sagada with Church until 2 AM.
12/26
I woke up alone at 07:00 AM because I wanted to see “Saturday’s public market” in Sagada. The Public market has ordinary supplies than any souvenirs. It was bigger than my anticipation that market hosted in Sagada’s main street early morning.
When I went out, I met Church again. We walked around the public market for an hour. At that time, we talked about our trip. Church wanted to go to Singapore after his Sagada trip. I promised Church that I will send the pictures about our party during our last day by e-mail. (And I sent an e-mail to Church after our trip. After that, I received reply from him.) After that, I went back to my lodge for leaving. We bought some t-shirts in a souvenir shop. Then, we rode a bus bound for Baguio at 10:45 AM. We arrived in Baguio at 05:00 PM. We finished our dinner and beer at Good Taste.
With my members in Sumaging cave

Sagada has a lot of restaurants, quiet places and innocent people. It means if someone wants to take a rest in some place, I think Sagada is the best place in the Philippines. Therefore, many foreign visitors stay there. In addition, Sagada has beautiful roads for walking. If I visit Sagada again, I will try mountain climbing. Sagada trip was something special for me because I wanted to test myself. At that time, I felt many emotions. I will go to Sagada again because I want to feel the same emotions. I made a lot of unforgettable memories with my co-members. So probably, I won’t forget any memories with them in Sagada.
