1. 환불 요구는 반드시 서면으로 신청해야 합니다.

2. 등록을 위한 등록비는 어떠한 경우에도 환불되지 않습니다.

3. 출발일이 2주이내로 남았을 경우 취소 신청시 등록비 및 4주 숙박비를 공제한 나머지 금액을 환불 받으실 수 있습니다. 출발일이 4주이내로 남았을 경우 취소 신청시 등록비 및 2주 숙박비를 공제한 나머지 금액을 환불 받으실 수 있습니다.

4. 수강신청 전체기간을 4주 단위로 구분하여 이미 시작된 4주 연수기간에 대해서는 환불이 불가능합니다. 아직 시작되지 않은 4주 단위 잔여 연수기간에 대해서는 60%를 환불해드립니다.

5. 현지에서 학습 중 학원 규정에 어긋난 행동으로 퇴교처분을 받을시에는 어떠한 환불도 이루어지지 않습니다.

6. 서면신청 후 사실이 확인되면 환불절차를 밟고 환불을 해 드립니다.

7. 할인금액은 환불금액에서 전액 공제 됩니다.

8. 현지에서 코스변경이 진행되어 추가비 지불이후, 재변경은 되지 않으며 추가비환불도 되지 않습니다.
