Teacher CJ, Kim and I decided to visit the temple for our activity class on Friday.?We went there by foot unlike usual because it is not remote.?On the way to the temple, we could see the surroundings.?The path going there was really interesting.?It was a new experience for me.

When we arrived there, we could see many stores along side the road.?As we neared the bend of the road, many sculptures like dragons with red color and lions sitting on the stones. They really attracted my attention.?There was a very big wall that has Chinese characters and paintings, and we took pictures there.?The sky that day was really clear and blue.?The view of the sky with many houses on the mountain was so beautiful!?What a fresh and white cloud!?When we entered the temple, we could see colorful interiors of the temple.?The temple was colored green and red with Chinese influence.?One thing I never forget is the story of the dragon that teacher CJ told us.?The story is about the tails of the dragon. According to her, the number tails determine if the dragon is real or not.?It was a very interesting story.?Even if the size of the temple is small, I think it is very attractive and unique.?Another I like about the temple is it뭩 beautiful flowers and leaves inside it.?These really made me satisfied just by looking at it.?

On the way back to the academy, we had some Chinese buns and ice cream. It was very delicious.?Our activity class took an hour.?It is a bit short time relatively, but this time was meaningful to enjoy the mood of Baguio. I think the culture of Filipinos is varied with the influence of Chinese and other countries.

I would never forget this experience.
