             In all culture, weddings are important events.  The bride and groom spend a lot of money and many months preparing for this day.

             Several months before the wedding, the families of both the bride and the groom meet in a good place.  They talk about the wedding.  The groom prepares a new house and the groom’s mother buys jewelry for the brief.  The bride buys furniture and household things.  The bride and groom prepare a lot for their wedding.

             On the day of the ceremony, there are many special things.  At the beginning of the ceremony the father and the bride enter the big salon accompanied by wedding music.  Then the father gives the groom his daughter.  During the ceremony the groom usually wears a black tuxedo and the bride wears a white dress.  They give and take each other’s wedding ring then swear in front of the family and a lot of friends.  Finally, the bride throw the bouquet to her friends who try to catch it.  If she can’t get married within 6 months, she will never get married the one who catches the bouquet.  It is just our superstition.

             The party begins after the ceremony.  Musicians provide entertainment and a feast of delicious food is served.  All people have a good time.
