Mario´s is ranked top 10 of restaurants in Baguio, so we had high expectations before dining here. The restaurant has an extensive menu with both European and Filipino dishes. We chose the shared tapas as starter: chicken wings and clubs, fried calamari and shrimps and chorizo with three dipping sauces.
Mario´s is a popular place owned by the Benitez family. They expanded in Manila but I still prefer going to Baguio to dine. You can see the old, long term waiters still at work. Service is excellent and quick and the food is heavenly. Take your pick, everything tastes wonderful. Would suggest a steak dinner.

. Their Sunday brunch buffet was exquisite and very reasonably priced. Cochinillo, paella, oysters, and other exceptional fare. Serving staff were very helpful and cheerful. I would keep going back to this place.
